Edgar Laprade, Rangers’ Graceful and Civil Center, Dies at 94

Mr. Laprade, who drew only 42 penalty minutes in 500 career games in 10 years with the Rangers, was the N.H.L.’s top rookie in 1946 and inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1993.
